Prices
Bed & Breakfast: All prices are for single or double occupancy, two night stay minimum and include
a full breakfast. Check in time is no earlier than 3pm and check out is no later than
11am.
Spring Bluebonnets: March 15th through May 15th. $145 per night plus tax @ 6%
Summer Season: May 16th through September 30th. $165 per night plus tax @ 6%
Fall & Winter: October 1st through March 14th. $125 per night plus tax @ 6%
Fishing: Rental of kayaks = $25 per kayak per day. Bass boat with trolling motor = $100/day.
Note 1: Guided tours are available for one person at a time in the two person bass
boat for $200 per 4 hour block. Guided fishing in any of the area lakes is available for
two anglers at $450 per day.
Note 2: Each angler (renting our boats) must sign a hold harmless agreement. And
yes, we do have poisonous snakes, scorpions, black widow spiders, brown recluse and
other such nasty critters.

Payment for Lodging
Prepayment for lodging is necessary, with a 48 hour cancellation notice required. Please remember, we have a two night stay minimum. All other listed service fees may be paid when rendered. Before paying please call or email us to confirm availability. If you are ready to make payment, please click on the PayPal button below. If you do not have a PayPal account, please set one up (very easy). Selected major credit cards may also be used within the PayPal site.
NOTE: INPUT THE NUMBER OF NIGHTS IN THE PAYPAL QUANTITY BOX, E.G. IF STAYING TWO NIGHTS, INPUT "2".
